Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Scan is taking too long
Solution: Large websites can take 30+ minutes to scan. Check your scan status in the dashboard. Contact support if it's been over 2 hours.
False positive vulnerability
Solution: You can suppress findings in your dashboard. Email support with the scan ID and we'll investigate for future improvements.
