Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern all subscriptions, licenses, and local deployments of Vultrik Software Ecosystem applications (RelayOS, SmartDocs AI, Youru HR, Cyber Security) on private clouds, physical nodes, or published mobile applications.
1. General Agreement & Scope
By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or accessing Vultrik's software solutions—including our published Android application files—you, on behalf of your enterprise entity, agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
Enterprise Application
Our solutions are exclusively designed for enterprise deployment. If you access these solutions as an employee or authorized contractor of a business client, you warrant that you possess the explicit legal capacity to bind that business entity to these terms.
Because our architecture is optimized for extreme corporate security, these terms establish absolute customer ownership over their database schemas, vector databases, and computational models.
2. Proprietary Licensing & Private Deployments
All Vultrik software—including binary packages, web-assets, container structures, and mobile app code—is licensed, not sold.
Permitted Use
Vultrik grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy our solutions on private server infrastructure or user devices solely for internal operational purposes, subject to active subscription validation.
Restricted Actions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, white-label, or sublease Vultrik core application packages. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the mobile applications to intercept, trace, or harvest network telemetry of other network nodes.
3. Data Access & Written Support Agreements
Vultrik has **zero read, write, or modification privileges** over client-hosted records. To maintain strict enterprise isolation:
Explicit Support Authorizations
If an enterprise client requires Vultrik developers to troubleshoot database partitions, analyze server errors, or audit on-device mobile configurations, **the client must issue a formal, signed written authorization or Data Processing Addendum (DPA) before any such access can occur.**
Vultrik support engineers are contractually forbidden from accepting database copies, backup files, or screen-sharing accesses containing raw corporate PII unless appropriate written security clear-paths have been signed by both companies.
4. Liability Disclaimers & Alpha Sandboxing
Vultrik builds exceptionally resilient code, but on-premise execution means that database maintenance, security patches application, and server configurations are governed by your IT teams.
Sandbox Disclaimer
Modules marked as **Alpha, Beta, or Dev Sandbox** (including designated previews in Youru HR and SmartDocs AI) are provided strictly for evaluation purposes. They are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, and are not recommended for mission-critical industrial workloads.
In no event shall Vultrik Software House be liable for server downtime, operational losses, database corruption, or security breaches resulting from incorrect self-hosted environment setup or private key mismanagement.
5. Governing Law & Legal Headquarters
These terms, licensing structures, and all transactions relating to Vultrik corporate solutions are governed exclusively by the laws of **Malta**.
Maltese Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute, contractual claim, or litigation arising from the deployment of Vultrik code, use of mobile apps, or support interactions shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Malta.
